AudioSpares aim to despatch within one working day of receiving your order and cleared payment.
Most orders with next day courier delivery placed before 14:00 UK time (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday (except public holidays) are despatched sameday.
Delivery times, the availability of tracking for your order and compensation levels vary depending on the delivery service chosen.

Royal Mail - First Class/Airmail
United Kingdom orders sent via Royal Mail First Class or Recorded "Signed For" usually arrive within two working days to most UK mainland addresses. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking for either service and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider First Class mail to be lost or late until 15 working days after dispatch so we are unable to investigate claims for delayed or missing orders within this time.

International orders sent via Airmail usually arrive within 5-15 working days. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking for Airmail and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider Airmail to be lost or late until 25 working days after dispatch so we are unable to investigate claims for delayed or missing orders within this time.

United Kingdom
Delivery costs for United Kingdom mainland address ares shown by default while browsing the website. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and all other non-mainland addresses. delivery costs will be shown when you either login (if you have registered on www.audiospares.com) or provide your delivery address during checkout.

AudioSpares ship globally and most orders under 30Kg can be shipped worldwide.
Delivery times shown for international destinations are approximate and may be delayed by Customs clearance, security checks or during handling by forwarding carriers.
Exports are carried out in accordance with UK Law. Customers outside the EU are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant import laws and regulations in their country and must inform AudioSpares of any special documentation or regulatory requirements.
Delivery to countries within the EU should not be subject to additional taxes when imported from the UK. Exports to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and other restrictions or charges that are outside the control of AudioSpares.
Delivery costs do not include any import duties, taxes or other costs that may be incurred during import.
Customers are advised to contact customs authorities for advice if unsure of the import regulations and restrictions governing the import of goods and the associated costs for which they may be liable.

Actual cost, timing and availability of delivery services will differ depending on weight/size of the order and your delivery address. When contacting us to confirm pricing or availiability of delivery services please provide your Postal Code.
Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your order and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect to prevent any delay in delivery of your order.
If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. All damages should be pointed out to the delivery driver and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for delayed or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified promptly, usually 24 hours for damaged or incomplete parcels or one week from expected delivery for delayed or missing consignments.
If the carrier is unable to deliver they may leave a card or contact you via telephone. Your parcel will normally be returned to a local depot or sorting office, awaiting collection or redelivery instructions.
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, undelivered or uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.
