After placing an order via www.audiospares.com you can use the order history on our website to track its status. The following describes the stages your order will pass through during processing.
| Not Finished |
Your order which has been created on our website and is ready to be paid. If your order remains at this stage after payment please contact sales@audiospares.com. |
| Awaiting Payment |
Your order has gone through checkout and is awaiting confirmation of payment. Orders paid for online via Credit Card or PayPal should progress from this stage as soon your payment has been processed. If you are paying by bank transfer or post the order will remain at this stage until your payment has been received and cleared. |
| Order Processed |
The order has been received and processed by our system. Our order staff will review your order shortly and pass it to our warehouse to be picked and packaged. |
| Packed |
Your order has been processed by our order team. The goods have been packed and are awaiting despatch. |
| Part Shipped |
Some of your order has been sent. If your order is being sent as multiple consignments or fulfilled by more than one of our locations it will show as Part Shipped from when the first consignment is sent until all your goods have been dispatched.. |
| Complete |
We have completed your order. If you chose a delivery service with tracking we will normally add the tracking number soon after despatch. |
Occassionally, if there has been a problem or delay processing your order, we may give it one of the following status. Please check your e-mail - we will use the e-mail address you provided to advise you of any problems. It is important that you provide a valid e-mail address so we are able to contact you in the event of any problems processing your order.
| Awaiting Stock |
We are waiting to recieve one or more items to complete your order. If you have ordered a number of products that are stocked at different AudioSpares locations we may use this status to indicate we are waiting to transfer stock and consolidate your order. If we are out of stock of any items we will contact you to let you know and give you the oppurtunity to amend or cancel your order. |
| Declined |
This usually indicates there has been a problem processing your payment. If you paid online using Credit Card or PayPal you should contact your bank, card issuer or PayPal for more details. If you paid by post it is possible your payment did not clear or we are unable to accept the form of payment sent. |
| Failed |
There has been some other problem processing your order. It is most likely we have received your order but a temporary problem with the payment processing system has prevented us from receiving confirmation. Our order staff will review your order and try to contact you if they are unable to rectify the problem for you. |
