AudioSpares sell mainly online and are able to route and respond to your enquiry more effectively if you contact us via e-mail at sales@audiospares.com

Can I place my order by telephone?
Sorry, AudioSpares are unable to process orders over the telephone.
For your security and privacy, online payments are processed securely by our payment partners and authenticated by your card issuer so are more secure than providing your card details over the telephone.
If you would prefer not to or are having difficulty making payment online we are happy to take payment details by phone if you place your order using the web site then call us when you arrive at the payment page or use the "Telephone" payment method.

Can I call you for technical advice?
AudioSpares are happy to do our best to answer technical questions sent via e-mail at sales@audiospares.com or using the Contact Us form but do not provide technical support via telephone.

While AudioSpares are happy to return calls in almost all cases we will be able to respond quicker, more effectively and ensure your query is routed to the member of the team best able to help if you contact us at sales@audiospares.com or use the Contact Us form.

Why do AudioSpares not provide telephone support?
AudioSpares sell mainly online and are able to route and respond to your enquiry more effectively if you contact us via e-mail at sales@audiospares.com
We believe most of our customers would prefer us to keep our prices low by not funding a call centre.
Some of the AudioSpares team regularly work offsite but have access to e-mail so we are better able to route enquiries to the person best able to help and provide the most cost-effective service via e-mail.

I have purchased items from you on both your web site and eBay/Amazon, can you combine postage?
We are unable to combine orders across more than one sales channel. If we have not packed your orders we may be able to cancel them for you to allow all items to be purchased via a single platform.

I have already bought some items from you and paid for them can you add something to my order?
AudioSpares do not store your payment details and payments are processed securely by our payment partners so we are unable to change your payment and therefore, in most cases, unable to amend an order after it has been paid for. If your order has not been packed we may be able to cancel it for you so can reorder all the items you wanted.

I have ordered items in black. Can you send me a mix of colours instead?
We are required to supply the products exactly as ordered. Where colour or other variations are available they will be listed as separate products and should be added to your order as separate items.

Is an item listed in stock?
Unless otherwise stated, stock shown on our web site is physically located in our own warehouse and available for despatch.

Why is the web site only letting me order a limited quantity?
We only list stock physically available from our own warehouse. If you would like more of an item than is shown please Contact Us to check availability.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners and authenticated by your card issuer so are more secure than providing your card details over the telephone.

I have a 10% discount card. Why does eBay not accept it?
AudioSpares discount cards and coupons are only valid on www.audiospares.com, as printed on the card. They will not be accepted by other web sites and we are unable to apply the discount to orders placed via other sales channels or web sites.

Can you discount for bulk purchase?
Most products on www.audiospares.com have volume discounts which are shown on the product information page and will be applied automatically to qualifying orders. If you wish to order more than the highest volume discount shown please Contact Us for a quote, listing the product codes and quantities wanted.
Due to the restrictions, fee structure and costs of selling via other sales channels, volume discounts are only valid on www.audiospares.com and cannot be applied to orders placed through other sales channels.

My order should be VAT exempt, can you refund the VAT I have paid?
AudioSpares are able to exclude VAT from orders placed on www.audiospares.com by customers outside the EU and VAT registered businesses within the EU if you have registered on www.audiospares.com and asked us to verify your VAT status before buying.
We are unable to refund VAT already paid on orders.

If I provide a list of items can you send me an invoice?
If you need an invoice before making payment you can obtain one from www.audiospares.com.
If you place your on the web site as normal, either as registered user or register by providing a login name during checkout, you will be able to generate an invoice for your order. If you select an "offline" payment method such as Cheque or Bank Transfer your order will be saved and you will be able to generate the invoice before making payment.

We can only pay by cheque, can you send us a pro-forma invoice?
If you need an invoice before making payment you can obtain one from www.audiospares.com.
If you place your on the web site as normal, either as registered user or register by providing a user name during checkout, you will be able to select Cheque as the payment method and generate an invoice for your order.

Can we pay on account?
Customers with a credit account may place orders over £100 on www.audiospares.com and select the Purchase Order option during checkout.
Orders from customers without account facilities and ALL orders below £100 must be paid before the order will be processed. If you are unable to pay online we also accept payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer.

DELIVERY

How much will delivery cost?
The shopping basket at www.audiospares.com will automatically calculate the delivery cost for you. By default the delivery costs for mainland UK are shown but the options and delivery costs for your delivery address will be provided if you either login as a registered user or after you provide your delivery address at the first stage of the checkout process.
In most cases www.audiospares.com will give you an accurate delivery price more quickly than we would be able to calculate manually but if you require a shipping quote via e-mail you must let us know the country and postal/zip code for the address you would like the order delivered to.

AudioSpares aim to despatch most orders within one working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders placed on a working day before midday and orders with Next Day courier delivery placed before 14:00 UK Time (GMT/BST) will be despatched same day.

I need my order urgently. Can you deliver next day?

Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery service chosen on your order.

I need my order tomorrow, can you send it First Class post today?
AudioSpares aim to despatch most orders within one working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders placed on a working day before midday and orders with Next Day courier delivery placed before 14:00 UK Time (GMT/BST) will be despatched same day.
Royal Mail First Class and "Recorded - Signed For" services are often delivered within a couple of days but are NOT guaranteed services and may take longer to be delivered.
If your order is urgent we offer and prioritise despatch of orders via guaranteed delivery services. Please Contact Us and we will advise which delivery service would be most appropriate and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Can you despatch to a different address to the one given at payment?
Customers ordering on www.audiospares.com can specify a different billing and delivery addresses when placing the order.
Orders paid for over the telephone can only be despatched to the cardholder address and orders placed via other sales channels or web sites must be sent to the address provided with your payment.

Can I collect my order?
AudioSpares keep prices low by not having a retail showroom.
Orders over £100 can be collected from our Derby warehouse but must be placed online at www.audiospares.com.
Our trade counter does not have payment facilities and we do not keep cash on the premises. Orders must either be paid online or by cash with exact change when collecting.

Will this cable fit my Hi-Fi / Amp / TV?
AudioSpares do not have information about most individual makes or models of equipment. We are specialists in pro-audio applications and will rarely have the information or experience of home or in-car entertainment systems to be able to help with specific models. If you do contact us for technical advice it is important you include the make and model number of any equipment. If contacting us about types of connectors you are unfamiliar with a photo may be helpful.

Does this item come with leads, batteries etc?
It should be assumed any accessories not specifically listed on the product details page are NOT included and will need to be purchased separately.

Do you sell spare parts to repair Hi-Fi / Speakers?
AudioSpares are primarily a reseller of professional audio spares and accessories for studio and live performance applications. If you are looking for spares for speakers or hi-fi equipment it is more likely the manufacturer or their approved dealers will be able to assist you.

I need a ribbon cable for my hi-fi system, do you stock them?
Most hi-fi ribbon cables are proprietary and unique to the manufacturer and may even vary between models. It is more likely the manufacturer or their approved dealers will be able to assist you.

Do you stock in-car audio equipment?
AudioSpares are primarily a reseller of professional audio spares and accessories for studio and live performance applications. If you are looking for parts for In-Car Entertainment or automotive systems a specialist in auto electronics and audio is more likely to be able to assist you.

Do you stock spare parts for Audi?
While some search engines favour www.audiospares.com in searches for "Audi Spares", AudioSpares are primarily a reseller of professional audio spares and accessories for studio and live performance applications and do not sell parts or spares for Audi motor vehicles.
AudioSpares are happy customers will find us easily should we branch into motor spares but it is unlikely to be a market we will be exploring in the immediate future.
