These Terms and Conditions apply all consumer (B2C) transactions and are believed to comply with all relevant statutory instruments and regulations in effect at the time of publication. Terms and Conditions for business and trade (B2B) customers are available on request.

Buying from AudioSpares
- When placing an order on www.audiospares.com you are making an offer to purchase goods from AudioSpares. After submitting your order we will send an e-mail confirmation to confirm we have received and processed your order.
- Orders are subject to review and acceptance by AudioSpares. Unless otherwise specified products listed as available via the website are understood to be located in our own warehouse and available for despatch. In the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or there was an error we will contact you to confirm if you prefer we revise or cancel your order. We will never send substitute goods without your permission.
- If you wish to cancel or change your order we may be able to cancel it before it has been packed and despatched. After despatch orders may be returned and cancelled under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- After your order has been accepted you (the buyer) and AudioSpares (the seller) are considered to have formed a contractual agreement with both of us being bound by contract and these terms & conditions. You will receive another e-mail to confirm your order has been processed and is complete.

Placing on order on www.audiospares.com
The easiest and quickest way to order from AudioSpares is via www.audiospares.com.
To place an order with us:-
- Use the category navigation or search feature to find the goods you wish to buy. Select the quantity you wish to purchase and click Buy Now or Add to Cart to add the item to the shopping cart. Repeat for each of the products you would like to purchase.
- If you have a discount card or coupon code copy or type the code, without spaces or punctuation, into the Coupon Code box at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
- Aftering adding all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart click Checkout.
- We need your billing and delivery addresses as well as some contact details to process and fulfil your order. To protect your privacy entry of personal details is encrypted using industry-standard SSL security.
- If you have previously registered on www.audiospares.com and have not yet logged in you will be able to login and retrieve your details using the Login link.
- If you are not registered on www.audiospares.com you will need to provide us with your address and contact details. If you wish to register you can, optionally, provide a username and password you would like to use for future visits.
It is NOT necessary to register to place an order with us. You will only need to register if you wish us to store your details for future orders, check your order status online or are a EU VAT registered business or customer from outside the EU who wishes to be exempt from UK VAT.
- Click Submit to confirm your address or login details. Once we know where you want your order to be delivered the checkout will show the delivery options and costs for your order. If you would like to know more about the delivery options or how UK VAT affects your order click the "?" help links alongside Delivery or VAT.
- Select the method of payment you wish to use and click Confirm Order.

Details of your order will be displayed. This is the last opportunity you will get to review and amend your order before it is processed. Please verify the items ordered, delivery method, your address and contact details are correct. If you wish to change anything and either use the Modify link or return to the Shopping Cart.
Additional information or instructions relating to the payment method you selected will be displayed as well as a notes box for you to add any additional information you would like to add or think might be useful to us in fulfilling or delivering your order.
Once you are satisfied the order is correct click on Submit Order.
- Depending on the payment method you chose you may be forwarded to one of our online payment processing partners. Online payments are processed securely by NetBanx or PayPal. Payment details are never disclosed to, processed or stored by AudioSpares. If you selected an "offline" manual payment method, such as bank transfer, cheque etc you will now need to follow the instructions on the page to complete payment
- If payment was successful, or you selected an "offline" payment method, a copy of your receipt will be displayed.
You can amend your order any time before submission by returning to the shopping cart. We are normally unable to revise orders after payment but if your order has not been packed we may be able to cancel it for you.

Payment
- Payment is due within 5 working days of your order. AudioSpares reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders or make stock available to other customers until payment is received.
- Goods remain the property of AudioSpares until payment is received in full.
- Online payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal is preferred. Cards are processed securely by NetBanx. Our PayPal portal also allows payment via Credit Card or Debit Card even if you do not have a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account you can also use it to pay from funds in your PayPal or bank account.
- If you are unable or prefer not to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal we also accept Bank Transfers, Cheques, UK Postal Orders and International Money Orders. Customers are advised not to mail cash for their own protection. Cheques and Order should be drawn in GB Pounds Sterling against a UK bank account, made payable to "AudioSpares" and require at least SEVEN working days for processing and clearing.
- We regret we are unable to process Western Union transfers, Money Orders, checks or currency from International customers.
VAT Exemption
AudioSpares are able to exclude VAT from orders placed on sales@audiospares.com by customers outside the EU and VAT registered businesses within the EU if you have registered on www.audiospares.com and asked us to verify your VAT status before buying.
We are unable to refund VAT already paid on orders.

Discount Codes and Coupons
- All coupons, volume discounts, vouchers or other benefits and incentives offered by AudioSpares for use on www.audiospares.com are only valid on this web site and cannot be used for purchases placed via other web sites or sales channels.

Use of AudioSpares Discount Coupons and Codes are subject to the following conditions:-
- Discount codes showing an expiry date or period are time-limited offers and are only valid for the period specified.
- Discount codes have no cash equivalent and can only redeemed for the benefit specified with the code.
- Discounts are only valid for purchases made via www.audiospares.com and cannot be redeemed via other channels, websites or outlets.
- Benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued or persons who meet the qualifying conditions of the promotion.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.

Delivery
- AudioSpares aim to despatch most orders within one working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- A number of delivery services are offered to customers. The delivery options and costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and the weight, size and value of your order. The default delivery options and costs shown are for delivery to mainland UK addresses. Once you have provided your delivery address, either during checkout or by logging in if you are a registered user, the shopping cart will automatically show the services and costs available for your delivery address.
- Delivery times and guarantees will differ depending on the delivery service used. More information regarding delivery services, expected delivery timescales and other important information that may affect delivery times can be found on the Delivery page.
- First Class or Recorded "Signed For" are typically delivered within a couple of days but are not guaranteed by Royal Mail and may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider and will not investigate First Class as either lost or late until after 15 working days. These services are not tracked so we are unable to trace them within this time.
- Airmail within Europe is usually delivered in 5-15 working days or 10-15 to most other countries but may be delayed by customs clearance, security checks or delays by the forwarding carrier, particularly during times of high seasonal demand. Royal Mail do not consider and will not investigate International mail as either lost or late until after 25 working days. Standard Airmail (Small Packet) is not tracked so we are unable to trace them within this time.
- Deliveries sent by courier or guaranteed mail services can normally be tracked and require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to check the goods on delivery please note the parcel was "UNCHECKED" when signing for them.
Export
AudioSpares operate from the United Kingdom and are governed by English law. Exports are subject to restrictions and controls as determined by English law.
AudioSpares are required to declare the true replacement value and nature of goods for export purposes in accordance with UK law.
Customers are responsible for compliance with import leglislation, regulations, entitlement to import and any taxes, duties or costs incurred for import into the destination country and any jurisdictions though which goods may pass to arrive at destinations outside of the UK and EU.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
If you are unsure of import restrictions and costs please check with the Customs authorities in your country prior to purchase.
Delivery Problems
- Shortages, errors or damage in transit must be brought to the attention of AudioSpares within five working days of delivery to be eligable for replacement, refund or credit.
- Packages showing indication of damage, tampering or you suspect may have been opened before delivery must be checked thoroughly BEFORE signing, noting any damaged or missing items to the delivery driver and on the delivery documentation. If you are unable to inspect the package before signing the delivery should be rejected. Contact us to report the problem as soon as possible, within no longer than 24 hours.
- You must notify us if your goods have not been delivered within one week of the expected delivery date or the maximum delivery times quoted above so we can trace the parcel or make a claim against the carriers.
- In most case we will usually offer the choice of replacement, where available, or a full refund.

Warranty
- AudioSpares guarantee all products to be free of material defects or manufacturing faults for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- In the unlikely event of any product supplied by AudioSpares being found to be defective or faulty you may be entitled to reject them and return them to us for a refund if reported to us within a reasonable time, usually considered to be 30 days from delivery.
- Where a fault or defect is found or reported after a reasonable amount of time you may still be entitled to a repair or, if repair is not cost effective or cannot be provided within a reasonable time, AudioSpares may offer a replacement, part or full refund and/or compensation.
- Reasonable wear and tear will be allowed for but inappropriate, unreasonable or use of products for a purpose which they not are intended are not covered by the guarantee. Misuse, mishandling or inappropriate storage, or unauthorised modification, customisation, amendment or repair, unless agreed in writing by AudioSpares, may invalidate the warranty.
- Please Contact Us as soon as possible after the fault is found for a returns number and instructions.
Extended Warranties
- Enhanced or extended cover offered by the manufacturer may either supercede or supplement the warranty provided by AudioSpares. Such warranty terms in addition to the cover provided by AudioSpares are provided directly by the manufacturer. The customer may be required to register their purchase to be eligable and should contact the manufacturer directly to make use of the additional cover provided.
